Construction Project Manager

Valiant Residential is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee unit upgrades and capital improvement projects across its multifamily portfolio. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, including defining scope, developing budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires close collaboration with property operations teams, ownership groups, contractors, and corporate leadership.
