Construction Project Manager

This role provides overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support for medium-sized construction projects, ensuring they are built according to design, budget, quality, and schedule. The position involves developing and implementing safety plans, managing project performance, and negotiating subcontracts and purchase orders. It also requires identifying and managing risks and opportunities while coordinating project closeout and design progress for design-build deliveries.
