Construction Project Manager

This role within the Meijer Properties/Construction department manages construction projects by collaborating with design resources, contractors, and consultants to oversee budgeting, bidding, and financial reporting. The position is responsible for administering pre-construction activities, approving contractor invoices and change orders, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. It serves as the primary project execution strategist, handling everything from design development support to final project closeout and warranty administration.
