Construction Projects & Workplace Manager

The Construction Projects & Workplace Manager will lead high-standard construction, refurbishment, and workplace transformation projects across France, with a primary focus on the development of the future Paris Headquarters. This highly operational role requires a strong physical presence on active construction sites to monitor quality, progress, and execution while coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors. The position involves managing projects from early definition and design through authorization, procurement, and handover, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and aesthetic standards. The successful candidate will act as the owner-side interface, driving execution excellence and progressively developing leadership capabilities toward a Head of Construction Projects role.
