Construction Risk Management Support

This role provides support for the Construction Risk Management team by monitoring shared email inboxes, processing correspondence, and accurately entering construction draw packages into the Gateway database. The position involves conducting preliminary reviews of construction draws for LIHTC investments, collaborating with Construction Risk Managers to collect due diligence, and communicating with external consultants to obtain reports and invoices. The role also requires ensuring real estate taxes are paid and insurance requirements are met through collaboration with Portfolio Servicing and Loan Servicing teams.
