About this role
ERM is hiring Construction Site Managers in Northern and Southern California to support construction oversight for battery storage renewable energy projects. This is a full-time, limited-term (12 months) position based on-site at project locations, working closely with the owner’s project management team and ERM’s sustainability consultancy. The role supports delivery of BESS and solar-plus-BESS projects across a large geographic area.
