Construction Site Superintendent

Harvest Solar is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to coordinate and manage field operations on assigned solar construction projects, with a primary focus on safety, quality, schedule, and efficiency. This role serves as the on-site leadership representative and primary connection between field crews, subcontractors, Project Managers, Safety, and Quality. The Superintendent plans, coordinates, communicates, documents, and supervises daily project activities to ensure work is completed safely, in accordance with project requirements, and within the established schedule and budget.
