Construction Site Superintendent

The Construction Site Superintendent will oversee the construction of a 3-storey wood-frame residential building and a 5-story precast concrete addition to an existing apartment building in Barrie, Ontario. This project-specific role provides hands-on leadership and coordination throughout the construction process, from site mobilization to project completion. The position involves managing daily site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely and to quality standards.
