Construction Sublimit Funding Analyst

The role is part of First Horizon Bank's Mortgage Warehouse Lending group and is responsible for overseeing and executing construction sublimit funding for residential loans, managing a portfolio with approximately $500MM in approved exposure. The analyst ensures draws align with approved rates, validates documentation, calculates eligible advances, and maintains controls and reporting while collaborating with clients and internal partners.
