Construction Superintendent

This role supervises and coordinates crews in electric transmission and substation construction and maintenance, ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. The position manages all aspects of project execution from planning to closeout, including personnel supervision, contract review, and schedule monitoring. It requires a strong leadership presence with daily onsite presence to engage with crews and ensure project goals are achieved.
