Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent serves as the primary field leader for multi-family, affordable housing, adaptive reuse, hospitality, commercial, and new construction projects. This role is responsible for the on-site planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents and building codes. The position requires strong leadership, technical construction knowledge, and proactive problem-solving to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
