BIDS Trading
The Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician provides on‑site construction oversight, quality assurance, and technical support for NAVFAC‑managed projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, codes, and safety standards. The role acts as the government’s on‑site technical representative, coordinating with contractors, Navy clients, and various base personnel while preparing reports and maintaining construction records.
