The Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician provides on‑site construction oversight, quality assurance, and technical support for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command projects at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. The role acts as the government’s technical representative, reviewing plans, inspecting workmanship, coordinating quality control activities, and ensuring compliance with contract specifications, codes, and safety standards.
