Construction Systems Leader and Trainer

This role serves as a leader and trainer for construction systems, processes, and methods within the renewable energy business unit, acting as a supervisor and Subject Matter Expert for utility-scale solar projects. The position focuses on developing safe, quality, and efficient construction methods while ensuring project supervision adheres to standards and consistent delivery. The individual will mentor teams, refine best practices, and support project planning and execution across various project phases.
