Construction Technician III

This position is responsible for the intermediate proper preventative maintenance and repair of association elements at the direction of the departmental manager and/or assistant manager. The role involves daily interaction with residents, contractors, and employees from other departments, requiring a high level of awareness and professionalism. The Construction Technician III works closely with team members to complete assigned tasks and maintain a productive work environment.
