WUSC
WUSC is seeking qualified consultancy firms or research institutions with expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning to conduct the baseline study for the second phase of the DREEM initiative, a five‑year pan‑African program aimed at improving equitable access to higher education and dignified work for refugee and displaced youth. The baseline will establish benchmark data for the program’s performance measurement framework and inform midline and endline evaluations.
WUSC (World University Service of Canada) is a Canadian nonprofit that delivers education and economic solutions to help young people — including refugees — thrive and belong. Working globally with governments, universities, communities and the private sector, WUSC runs programs in skills training, youth employment, scholarships and refugee sponsorship/resettlement. It also advances inclusive policies and youth leadership to link learners to jobs and entrepreneurship opportunities. WUSC raises funds and partners with donors and organizations to scale impact and support vulnerable young people worldwide.
