About this role

The International Value Chain Finance Specialist/Team Leader will lead and coordinate an ADB-supported sustainable agrifood systems project in Lao PDR as a part-time consultant. The role provides technical and managerial oversight to project implementation units, liaises with government and ADB stakeholders, and supports project design, monitoring, and financial management. The consultancy spans 26 person-months over five years and is delivered remotely with required travel to Laos.
