Consultant, Business Consulting

This role supports the Annuity organization by leading impact assessment and business readiness activities to ensure successful project delivery and organizational change. The Consultant partners with senior leaders to transform businesses through strategic application of people, processes, and technology, while managing delivery risk and preparing stakeholders for change. The position involves facilitating business process analysis, designing organizational structures, and developing business transformation plans to align with company strategies.
