Consultant Communication Officer

The Consultant Communication Officer will develop and implement communication, visibility, and public information activities to support IOM Madagascar's project on clean cooking, reforestation, and rural roads. The role involves coordinating external communications strategies, managing digital presence, producing multimedia content, and ensuring alignment with IOM's branding and strategic priorities. The consultant will also provide technical advice on communications, engage with media and stakeholders, and support high-profile events and donor visibility requirements.
