The IRC is seeking a Consultant-Evaluator to assess the effectiveness, achievements, and socio-economic impact of the Holistic Support Center (HSC) Model implemented for Ukrainian refugee women in Italy and Bulgaria. The evaluation aims to provide insights for improving and scaling the model across Europe and is based on a participatory, mixed-methods approach.
