Consultant for Regulatory Sandbox Framework and Implementation Roadmap for ARTP, Senegal

The ITU is seeking a consultant to provide technical, regulatory, and strategic expertise to support the feasibility study, design, and implementation roadmap for a regulatory sandbox framework for the Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority, Senegal (ARTP). The role involves assessing existing legal and policy frameworks, developing governance structures, and establishing operational procedures for testing innovative digital services. The consultant will also facilitate stakeholder engagement, deliver capacity-building workshops, and provide ongoing technical support to ensure successful implementation.
