The role covers building a backend master spreadsheet for automated and manual data collection, developing an interactive Power BI frontend for filtering and reporting, and providing documentation and training for IRC staff. Deliverables include the structured Excel/Google Sheet, a connected Power BI workspace with export and access controls, and handover materials.
