About this role
The International Rescue Committee is recruiting a short-term consultant to conduct a comprehensive situational analysis of emergency obstetric and newborn care (EmONC) and postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) prevention and management in Papua New Guinea, and to develop an actionable implementation roadmap for introducing new PPH commodities and strengthening maternal health systems. The consultancy is time-limited (expected January–mid‑April 2026) and intended to inform national preparedness policies and maternal health programming in PNG.
