The International Development Law Organization (IDLO) is seeking a consultant to develop a generic, modular One-Stop-Shop Manual of Operations and to revise the existing TIP Center Manual. The role involves assessing existing service delivery models, mapping institutional processes, conducting consultations and workshops, and delivering a final report within a six‑month, deliverables‑based contract.
