Consultant

As a Consultant within NIIT’s Consulting & Advisory Services team, you will diagnose client challenges, develop solutions, and deliver learning and talent transformation engagements. This role requires combining analytical thinking, consulting skills, and technology awareness to translate complex client needs into clear insights and practical recommendations. You will take ownership of defined workstreams, engage directly with client stakeholders, and contribute to the overall quality and direction of the solution.
