The consultant will work closely with the Communications Analyst and relevant programme teams to develop professional, visually compelling and brand-compliant communication products, including publications, infographics, reports, campaign materials, digital graphics, presentations and event visibility materials. The retainer arrangement will provide flexible access to professional design expertise according to actual requirements, support timely production of communication materials and promote cost-effective management of design assignments throughout the contractual period.
