A consultant in operational efficiency within Roche's Diagnostics Solutions & Healthcare Transformation (DSHT) partners with medical biology laboratories to design and optimize laboratory organization across pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical phases. The role supports sales teams by assessing client needs and developing tailored organizational proposals, producing technical deliverables such as flow analyses, 2D/3D layouts and simulations. The consultant also supports continuous improvement and innovation efforts, primarily in France, and will regularly travel to client sites.
