The Consulting Associate will join ERM's Sustainable Finance team in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, supporting strategic projects with banks, investors, multilateral organizations, regulators and financial institutions across Latin America. The role focuses on sustainable finance topics such as climate risk, ESG, sustainable taxonomies and the development of sustainable financial products, translating research and technical analysis into practical client recommendations.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analyze large volumes of data to generate client insights
Develop recommendations for sustainable finance strategies for banks and investors
Prepare presentations and reports on climate risk and ESG topics
Support the creation of sustainable financial products and taxonomies
Manage multiple project priorities and meet consulting deadlines
