Consumer Affairs & Product Recall Manager

This role leads and coordinates all aspects of product recalls, customer complaints, and consumer affairs across grocery retail operations, serving as the central point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills who thrives in high-pressure situations and is committed to protecting customer trust and brand integrity. The position reports to the GO Brands Technical Services Director and involves managing end-to-end recall processes, investigating customer complaints, and ensuring warehouse compliance.
