Consumer Client Service Manager

The Consumer Client Service Manager works with the Banking Center Manager to implement sales tactics and strategies that drive productivity and grow market share for deposits and loans. This role involves providing coaching, mentoring staff on guided conversations, and managing operational aspects of the banking center to ensure compliance and improve the customer experience. The position also requires assisting on the teller line during peak times and resolving deposit and loan exceptions.
