Consumer Collector

The Consumer Collector is responsible for conducting collection functions to reduce overall delinquency and prevent losses within the unsecured loan portfolio. This role involves proactive outreach to members with delinquent loans, managing account maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal collection laws and regulations. The position also includes processing charge-offs, settlements, and loan modifications while maintaining proficiency in collections software and procedures.
