Consumer Lending Supervisor

The Consumer Lending Supervisor oversees loan processing and manual underwriting operations to ensure efficient workflow, timely decision-making, and adherence to service level expectations. This role provides leadership and support to processing and underwriting staff by assigning workloads, monitoring productivity and quality, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements. The supervisor also serves as an escalation point for complex applications and operational challenges while providing hands-on support as needed.
