Consumer Loan Document Specialist II

The Consumer Loan Document Specialist II prepares consumer loan documentation, coordinates with third-party vendors for appraisals, flood certifications, and title searches, and facilitates the funding of loan proceeds. This role maintains communication with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of required documentation while verifying compliance with internal procedures, banking regulations, and audit standards.
