Consumer Peer Support Worker

Northern Health is seeking a Consumer Peer Support Worker to join the HOPE Program within the Mental Health Division at Mill Park. This role provides purposeful peer support to consumers experiencing suicidal crisis and psychosocial distress, drawing on the worker's own lived experience to promote hope, empathy, and recovery. The position involves collaborating with consumers, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to support engagement with therapeutic interventions and community-based supports.
