Contact Center Agent supports members of a long-established credit union by delivering service across Member Services, Digital Banking, and Card Services. The position works via phone and digital channels in a hybrid model with some onsite expectation and rotating Saturday coverage. It is an entry-level role with a stated starting rate of $18.00 per hour.
