Contact Center Lending Representative

The Contact Center Lending Representative provides high-level member service through inbound calls, processing loan applications from start to finish using Everwise lending matrix and underwriting requirements. The role involves assessing members' financial needs to recommend appropriate products and services while maintaining excellent service standards across phone, video, email, and online chat. The incumbent is responsible for meeting sales goals, applying government regulations and company policies, and demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.
