The Access Services Representative ensures timely and appropriate access to care for patients across Baystate Health’s Northern, Eastern and Metro regions. The role partners with Baystate Medical Practices, physicians and clinical teams to coordinate appointments and referrals while delivering high-quality customer service and communication to patients and referring providers. It requires using clinical and administrative systems to document and manage scheduling workflows.
