As a Contact Centre Agent for Contiki, you serve as a trusted advisor guiding prospective guests through the vacation planning journey by converting qualified leads into bookings across phone, email, and web chat. You will manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, drive revenue through consultative selling and upselling, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to build loyalty and repeat business. This role requires a goal-oriented individual comfortable with a hybrid work environment and a 7-day contact centre schedule.
