Content Designer - Training and Knowledge

The role involves designing and building task‑based training content for IG’s live CX complaints handling operation, including courses, job aids, knowledge‑base articles, and process documentation. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts and operational stakeholders to gather input, structure content, and deliver reusable learning assets that accelerate new‑starter onboarding and support agents in their daily work.
