This role supports the design, development, and implementation of new hire and ongoing learning content, as well as knowledge management materials, for the Contact Center within the Service Operations organization. The position involves creating engaging training curricula, utilizing instructional design methodologies, and leveraging authoring tools to enhance associate training across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in a service center environment and a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
