The Content Specialist will own and execute Kalepa’s content engine, focusing on blog strategy, long-form content, and LinkedIn thought leadership to strengthen positioning and support pipeline. The role translates complex AI and commercial insurance concepts into clear, compelling narratives that educate the market and build trust. This position reports to the Marketing Director and uses AI as a workflow accelerator while maintaining high editorial standards and ensuring content discoverability across search and AI answer engines.
