This role focuses on enabling scalable, reliable context retrieval for GTM agents and improving Salesforce data integrity to ensure consistent personalization. The engineer will collaborate across AI Ops, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to build the platform that supports agent scaling and operational excellence.
