Contingent Team Member

This contingent position supports a busy Level 1 operating room by cleaning, organizing, and preparing sterile rooms between surgical procedures. The role involves processing surgical instruments for sterilization, maintaining supply levels, and assisting with direct patient care activities such as transportation and vital sign monitoring. Team members are expected to work rotating shifts, including weekends, to improve room turnover efficiency and surgeon satisfaction.
