Contingent Workforce Coordinator

The Contingent Workforce Coordinator supports the global management and execution of the contingent workforce program, serving as a critical partner within the team to coordinate between business stakeholders, master vendors, and internal functions. This role involves supporting hiring managers globally, managing Statements of Work (SOWs), mitigating worker misclassification risks, and guiding stakeholders through vendor management system (VMS) and purchase order processes. The position requires prior experience in a global contingent workforce environment and strong operational judgment to work cross-functionally at scale.
