Continuous Improvement Analyst IV

The Continuous Improvement Analyst IV leads the deployment and sustainment of TE Operating Advantage (TEOA) initiatives across manufacturing sites, driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. This onsite role supports the Fairview and Arden facilities in North Carolina, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. The position focuses on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving to enhance productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
