This role focuses on standardizing work processes, leading Kaizen events, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, service, cost, and employee engagement. The position involves training and certifying employees on standard work while collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste and improve overall plant performance.

Responsibilities

Implement lean methodology and continuous improvement tools throughout the division
Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional continuous improvement projects
Write, enforce, and audit Standard Work Documents at all workstations
