About this role

Entegris is seeking a Continuous Improvement Co-Op for its Colorado Springs site to support operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing and business processes for the Spring 2027 season. This 6-month role provides hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and data-driven problem solving to drive measurable results in productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction. The co-op will partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

Support and facilitate Lean Manufacturing initiatives throughout the facility
Participate in Kaizen events focused on improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Apply Six Sigma tools and methodologies to reduce process variation and improve capability

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
