Continuous Improvement Coordinator

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator supports the implementation and sustainment of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the facility. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate problem-solving activities, and support the development of standardized work and visual management systems. The position helps drive operational excellence and promotes employee engagement in continuous improvement efforts.
