Continuous Improvement Coordinator

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator coaches, teaches, and mentors frontline employees and leaders on Continuous Improvement (CI) methodology within assigned business areas such as Service, Parts, or HQ/Rental. This role partners with area leadership to align improvement work with department priorities and KPIs, fostering a culture of problem-solving and sustaining the Wheeler Way Forward. The Coordinator spends most of their time at the Gemba, using Lean tools to build an engaged culture and equips branch managers to lead CI at their locations.
