Eaton's Mobility division is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead the execution of the group's multi-year Lean Journey across 29 global manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Vice President of Integrated Ops, this role drives strategy alignment, promotes a continuous improvement culture, and guides regional teams toward achieving world-class model-plant performance. The incumbent will partner with Plant and Regional leaders to integrate Lean tools, framework assessments, and operational strategies to elevate safety, quality, and productivity.
